- These terms apply to access and transactions on websites, landing pages and dashboards in the 1997 Studio ecosystem.
- Users must provide accurate information when registering an account or paying for services.
- 1997 Studio may update service content to improve operations, security and system performance.
User rights and responsibilities
- Do not use the system for unlawful purposes, distributing harmful content or unauthorised access.
- Keep your account information secure. Activity from your account is considered valid until an incident is reported.
- Observe service plan limits, technical conditions and payment requirements.
Services and continuity
- Services are provided online and activated according to the paid plan and term.
- 1997 Studio may perform regular maintenance for security and stability and will endeavour to give advance notice of significant disruption.
- Some features may differ between products (Notifly, Insight, Flowly and Playly) according to their development roadmaps.
Limitation of liability
- 1997 Studio is not responsible for indirect loss arising from incorrect user configuration or use contrary to instructions.
- Disruptions involving infrastructure providers, internet connections or third parties outside our direct control will be addressed with reasonable support efforts.
- Disputes will first be addressed through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, they will be handled under Vietnamese law.
